Up until now it was a part time deal, but now we both have been unemployed for months money for our families is tight. I recently formed my LLC to go into business with a software distributor. Turns out this distributor is more likely the Russian Mafia and it was all a scam to get me to open a merchant account so they would then run stolen charges through my company and leave me holding the bag for repaying the money. So now I have a business with no direction. HELP! I need pointers.

I have 2 businesses started so I can make money to build an even better/bigger business. I want to continue to grow. The only reason I mention that is because I am inspired by what you do; helping people with PRACTICAL advice from yourself and other experts. I watched your video on how to create an LLC with Legal Zoom and it was so hands on and “matter of fact” I couldn’t believe it. Your link came up just as I needed it too.
